Postie organizes transfer around named screens rather than a shared storage account. The homepage describes local Wi-Fi delivery, peer-to-peer delivery, and a relay fallback for sleeping or distant devices, with encryption claimed before data leaves the sender. Its platform map includes macOS Finder Quick Actions, a Windows system-tray app, Android sharing, Linux via AppImage, and a browser tab treated as a device. An iPhone and iPad native app is identified as in progress.
