It combines Open-Meteo marine and weather data with NOAA CO-OPS predictions from Ocean City Inlet station 8570283, then exposes hourly windows and alert thresholds. A separate calibration form captures observed size, surface, crowd, session quality, and forecast accuracy; the site says these reports are retained for later review rather than automatically rewriting the forecast.
