The proposed course turns workplace learning into an eight-week experiment conducted inside participants’ actual jobs. Each person selects a live problem, practises two or three small behaviours, reports publicly to a group on Fridays, and brings situations to a weekly no-slides session. The model starts and ends in a room, uses an app between sessions, and describes a year of lighter follow-up. The page also labels its own decisions “Fairly sure” and asks readers to challenge them.
