JCheck Remembers the Second Pack of Yoghurt
A shopping-list app that learns your usual items and quantities, then suggests them again next time.
Field notes
JCheck organizes recurring purchases into up to five separate lists, then uses the current and previous month of history to suggest both an item and its usual quantity. Lists can be shared through a six-character code, and the homepage says collaborators tick items off in real time. Its language handling covers English, Spanish, and Italian, including equivalent words such as “leche,” “latte,” and “milk.” The site also describes automatic deletion of older history and account deletion from inside the app.
