Misión en Casa: the fifteen-minute home escape room
A custom printable escape room for children aged 6 to 12, built around the hiding places, names, and pets in their own home.
Field notes
Misión en Casa separates preparation from play: an adult chooses twelve household hiding places, prints one A4 sheet, cuts seventeen coded labels, and follows a mobile checklist while hiding them. Children then use a separate web experience for narration, timing, and directions. The sample Operación Camaleón ran for 34:26 within a 45-minute limit, with eleven minutes spent searching rather than solving. The page says clues can incorporate children’s names, pets, and ordinary locations such as a toaster or dog bowl.
