MXBLACKLIST Brings Receipts to the Mail Bounce
A focused diagnostic tool for checking MX, SPF, exact-name DMARC, SpamCop status, and reverse DNS.
Field notes
The tool separates incoming-mail evidence from outbound-sending evidence instead of treating a domain’s MX record as a complete delivery diagnosis. Mail DNS checks MX, SPF, and exact-name DMARC using three lookup units, while IPv4 checks SpamCop and PTR records using four; IPv6 receives PTR lookup only. Results can be copied or downloaded as JSON, and the site supplies a curl command for the visitor’s connection IP. Its accompanying field guide covers routing, blocklists, and bounce handling.
