Not EPANET: a candid water-network modeler

The editor draws a looped pipe network on a map, runs calculations through a browser-loaded OWA-EPANET 2.3.5 engine, and exports the result in EPANET's .inp format. It also stores project-specific material such as scenarios, profile paths, map imagery, view coordinates, and multiline labels in JSON. The page reports validation against EPA's Net3 example, including 2,425 head comparisons across 25 reporting steps and a stated maximum difference of 0.005 ft.
