Plancha — keep more of your money
Plancha gives restaurants an owned ordering page that can sit behind Google Maps, a website, or table QR codes instead of an aggregator checkout.
Field notes
The page models direct ordering as a cost comparison rather than simply presenting another restaurant storefront. Restaurants enter recent aggregator volume, average food-ticket value, the share expected to move to their own page, commission, delivery distance, and who covers the courier; the estimator then presents weekly and annual savings. Its assumptions include a 30% delivery-marketplace commission, a 6% pickup commission, $10 plus $1.10 per kilometre for a white-label courier, and card processing at 1.7% plus $0.30.
