Debono frames study as a turn-based system: lecture material becomes cards and concept maps, while questions produce effects such as healing, damage reduction, or dodge tokens. The examples include a 2,000 mg vancomycin loading-dose calculation for an 80 kg patient and guideline-driven metformin prompts. The page also shows select-all-that-apply encounters in which a complete answer earns a dodge token and an incomplete answer carries no damage penalty.
