Why it surfaced

Session Updater targets a very specific mastering-workflow problem: revised mixes normally force RX users to repeat painstaking cleanup work. It unpacks the session, substitutes the audio, and uses frequency-domain transfer functions to reconstruct edits across the replacement file.

A macOS tool that swaps source audio inside an iZotope RX .rxdoc session while preserving markers, view state, and—potentially—the original edits.
