Field notes
The practice spans coppersmithing, stone carving, glaze and sand casting, with the homepage organizing nine selected pieces under four material categories. The featured 2024 chair uses folded planes that thicken and thin through a single continuous aluminium pour. Its surface is not polished after casting: sand grain, parting lines and feed marks remain visible as records of the moulding process. The site also links to exhibitions and identifies the studio as operating from Tehran.
