The diagnostic sequence combines browser-observable checks with physical prompts: a key map exposes individual failures, display tests cycle through six solid colors, and touch testing records simultaneous points and stylus pressure range. Camera frames are checked for black or frozen output, while speaker and microphone checks share one pass. ChromeOS-reserved keys receive separate treatment because browser tabs cannot capture them. Camera and microphone analysis is stated to remain on the device.
