CocoTrado, a ledger for agency-held money
A custody ledger for agents who receive client funds, buy goods on their behalf, track fees, and produce client-ready statements.
Field notes
The ledger keeps USD, EUR, and AED separate and explicitly refuses to present a combined total. Its sample workflow distinguishes funds earmarked to open deals from freely unallocated funds, while fee records preserve basis, rate, rounding, minimum, cap, and rule version. Statements are described as a three-sheet Excel export with live formulas plus a PDF, and corrections remain visible as reversal-and-replacement sequences rather than silent edits.
