CTRLRun places a library inside the single gap between an agent's decision and a consequential function call. Developers assign an effect key such as refund:txn_4821; the system checks policy and approval, reserves the action before execution, and preserves an unknown state when a timeout leaves the result unclear. The public demo covers 48 action domains and seven failure modes, while the page identifies SQLite for one host and Postgres across hosts as storage options.
