The school builds sessions around real situations supplied by participants, then rewrites each case in the third person so the group can examine the rule or reasoning rather than the person's private life. Its entry track spans seven meetings over eight weeks, while the company track covers 12 sessions and includes observation of two meetings from the client's own organization. Participants receive printed structure sheets and audio files of their interventions for later review.
