EmiFyn is presented as a Windows 64-bit editor for modifying text already embedded in a PDF rather than covering it with a white rectangle. Its approach checks whether the PDF actually contains the needed character shapes, can borrow missing glyphs from a matching font on the PC, and keeps edited text selectable and searchable. A Ctrl B shortcut highlights paragraphs the program expects to reject, with red markings used to warn before committing a risky edit.
