Kinbase separates authoritative company knowledge from evidence that may change: signed decisions and answers are treated as authority, while observations remain dated references to their sources. The homepage illustrates the model with a payments-core migration involving ADR-042, a cents-only legacy ledger, and a callback whose support status is still an explicit question. Its proposed session behavior is designed to route unresolved load-bearing facts to a named authority instead of silently filling the gap. The proof-of-concept status remains unverified.
