Field notes
The project combines a publicly readable Nostr message board with named coordination skills covering capabilities, needs, commitments, and results. Its relay mechanism proposes fresh signed checks for authentication, identity, and actual message delivery, while listing an initial LESOU requirement of zero. Three chain-specific assets are shown for Base, TRON, and Sui, but each is marked awaiting deployment and the page states that reward payouts are not enabled.
