The scanner identifies cards from a webcam against a locally cached index, returning fields such as ink, cost, lore value, and rules text. The command-line package supports card search, deck construction, format legality checks, and matchup simulation; its example runs 2,000 games and reports win rate, average turns, and a fidelity measure. The page says the tools remain usable offline after card data is downloaded and identifies the project as MIT licensed.
