The project combines an official contract register with its own calculations, including local-government comparisons based on projected population shares. Its homepage distinguishes source types throughout: official records cover contract values and reported status, while OpenDelta calculates lateness, allocations, and comparisons. The register names only 51 of 744 mapped communities, and the site reports that none of the 397 projects has been independently verified. Contractor names remain unmerged, a limitation the project says makes concentration appear lower than it may be.
