Phonelint, the local phone-list scrubber
A Windows utility that validates, formats, deduplicates, and classifies bulk phone numbers on your own machine.
Field notes
The tool separates inexpensive local screening from optional live carrier enrichment. Its visible workflow covers E.164 formatting, country and line-type classification, duplicate removal, and failed-number exports in TXT or CSV. The page says the local engine uses numbering-plan block assignments and covers more than 200 countries, while ported numbers remain an explicit limitation. A browser check is available for individual numbers, and the desktop product is listed at $29 one time.
