The proposed workflow starts with iCal links for each apartment or house and combines Airbnb, Booking, direct-site reservations, maintenance blocks, and owner stays into one operating timeline. Same-day turnover is assigned a time window, then the cleaner receives the address, lock information, checklist, and linen requirements through WhatsApp rather than a separate app. The page also describes room-by-room completion photos and a weekly Pix settlement that can include a proof attachment. Access is presented through an early-access request.
