Puffer is framed as a Mac-based layer over allowlisted iMessage chats: it reads permitted conversations, drafts in a contact-specific register, and holds each reply for a 30-minute window. A normal reply cancels the draft, while “yes” or a thumbs-up can approve it from the phone. The page also describes voice-memo transcription, photo description, translation, calendar queues, reminders, and an on-device record of sends, holds, silences, and tool calls.
