Rolespect organizes job hunting into six stations fed by a single Career File containing ranked titles and sectors, a compensation floor, a maximum one-way distance, and resume versions. Its Decide station checks a posting against the employer’s careers page and eight stated ghost-job signals before returning Apply, Investigate first, or Pass, with the governing rule printed beside the result. The page says the file stays in the browser and the installed app continues working offline.
