Rookmancer — Chess with a spell up your sleeve

The game keeps standard chess movement, legal moves, check, and checkmate, then inserts one optional spell before each move. Players choose an eight-card loadout from 22 spells and draw a five-card hand; listed effects include exchanging unlike pieces, recruiting an enemy pawn, and creating two pawns from a sacrificed minor piece. A separate solo mode, The Shattered Crown, is described as three realms and twelve encounters, with progress saved on the device.
