Rulomi accepts a plain-language instruction, parses it into a WHEN trigger and numbered THEN actions, and requires review before enabling execution. The documented scope is deliberately narrow: six triggers, four action types, and no more than eight actions per routine. An on-device parser is available, while the optional AI planner sends the typed instruction and limited installation metadata to a server and Anthropic over HTTPS.
