Sise Data groups apartment sale records from South Korea’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport by complex and presents medians by floor-area band with monthly movement. Its current scope is four Seoul districts—Nowon, Gangseo, Gangnam, and Songpa—covering 40 legal neighborhoods and 706 complexes. The homepage ranks complexes by six-month transaction activity; L' Espoirs leads the visible table with 126 transactions and a 3.28 billion won median. The site excludes complexes with fewer than three transactions from separate pages.
