A Singapore-focused 3D map that shows where a home gets sun, west-facing heat, and shadows from nearby buildings.
Field notes
The checker combines an address search with a 3D map, hour and month sliders, and a summary that estimates west-sun and shaded hours. Its geographic scope is explicitly Singaporean: the surrounding navigation lists 24 HDB towns and 28 districts. Shadow calculations use building footprints and heights from OpenStreetMap, while missing height records trigger an assumed typical block; the interface also assumes a three-metre storey height. Playback, comparison, image saving, and WhatsApp sharing are exposed as controls.
