TalksEnseiio, a debate room in Campos dos Goytacazes
A Brazilian debate school trains people to argue, listen, and handle group discussion through small, timed cohorts and workplace sessions.
Field notes
The school organizes practice around repeated, bounded speaking turns rather than general presentation advice. In Palco Raso, participants prepare three-minute entries, answer a previous speaker for two minutes, and receive facilitator-led review; their recordings arrive the same day. Open cohorts close at 11 people so each participant can speak several times and receive comments on their own argument. A separate corporate track adapts the exercises to an organization’s existing meeting language.
