TinySeoul offers two workflows: free navigation around Seoul or a diagram mode that selects a circular or rectangular area before styling it. The controls include a 600m radius example, 2× PNG export, and SVG output composed of closed polygon faces rather than meshes or textures. Its tree layer is described as combining environmental land-cover data with measured Seoul street-tree locations, while the night mode exposes separate controls for windows, streetlights, vehicle trails, water reflections, and landmark lighting.
