Field notes

The map combines people, institutions and affiliations into a graph that can be filtered by education, public functions, parties, professional paths and organizations. Its interface records 1,180 formation links, 2,760 public-function links, 1,357 party or status links, 461 professional-path links and 2,764 organization links. The project preserves historical and multiple affiliations, while explicitly warning that visual proximity does not measure influence or personal closeness.
