The service begins with a customer-supplied parcel list and produces a row-by-row comparison against Memphis and Shelby County public records. Its report can separate mismatched balances, missing parcels, owner-name discrepancies, earlier-year balances, and rows it could not read. ClearParcels records when each figure was observed and warns that some delinquent Shelby County totals may understate the eventual payoff amount, directing users back to the authority’s notice rather than inventing a correction.
