Compute Atlas maps the machines behind the rankings
A sourced graph of AI and HPC systems, their components, suppliers, sites, and corporate lineages.
Field notes
Compute Atlas represents systems as a parts-and-suppliers graph rather than treating rankings as the whole record. Its homepage reports 55 systems, 289 sourced component edges, 156 parts, and 95 companies across 12 countries, with each fact carrying a source. The site also describes downloadable CSVs for derived analyses and links a nine-chapter guide to machines in the dataset. One proposed “shadow list” analysis is explicitly marked as not yet shipped because its estimator is still being withheld pending a publishable method.
