Dwell: the Jira chart that shows its arithmetic

Dwell limits its Jira input to an item ID, key, creation date, and status history, explicitly excluding summaries, descriptions, comments, and assignees. Its chart can list excluded work by cause and expose each status segment’s entry, exit, counted, and excluded time. The site also describes a CSV with status-segment rows, work-item rows, and a final total row, allowing a reader to reconcile the displayed metric outside the application. Weekend exclusion is off by default, so the initial measure is plain elapsed time.
