The workspace is organized around a live experiment graph rather than a conventional document history. It can ingest files, folders, or ZIPs, preserve originals, and attach method snapshots, source hashes, and run histories to proposed evidence links. Its public HPLC guide follows the physical flow from solvent reservoirs through pump, injector, column, and detector, while explicitly flagging boundaries such as pressure estimates for planning and unmodeled injection carryover.
