The workflow uses a passwordless email link rather than an app or conventional profile: users add an item, choose or enter a deadline, and receive grouped notices at 30 days, 7 days, and one day before expiry. The homepage shows actions for marking an item used, extending it by a year, or stopping notifications. It also describes a monthly expiring-items digest and a stated 200-item-per-account limit, while one-off calendar links are generated without saving the entered contents.
