Preflight describes a record-and-replay workflow for n8n agencies: executions become fixtures, edited workflows run in a sandbox, and each node’s output is compared with recorded behavior. Its example shows a change at “Analyze Fulfillment” producing 2 divergent nodes out of 8, including flag_count moving from 4 to 6. The site also describes testing a client’s recorded workflows against a target n8n release without touching the client server, while labeling already-unstable workflows as flaky.
