The project distributes browser-opened single files rather than relying on an app store or server. One astronomy app moves outward from the Sun with distances kept to scale; the other draws planetary orbits in three dimensions and uses a side-on view to show their shared plane. The author says the files can be copied to USB and used offline, with only a local last-hour usage count retained for the on-screen clock.
