Quorum Finch — A voting-rule laboratory

Quorum Finch models an electorate locally, allowing members to carry eligibility, weight, ballot, and delegation data while two independent rule sets run against the same snapshot. Its example starts with eight eligible members and three recorded ballots, and the interface supports up to 200 simulated members. Delegation cycles are rejected, while exports include the motion, membership, proxy attribution, denominators, and both outcomes. External signed publication is presented as a future integration rather than a currently connected feature.
