ShowDocLive separates authorship from consumption: production managers and show callers maintain the playbook, while crew members open a shared page without an account. The workflow includes titled sections, typed or dictated notes, preserved link cards, and a QR code option for walls or call sheets. The page describes long unguessable URLs by default, with an optional short link and password, and says updates replace the version seen by the crew.
