SyncCut — Automatic Multi-Camera Video Sync
A browser tool that aligns footage from multiple cameras by matching shared audio, then exports synchronization data or edited video files.
Field notes
SyncCut compares shared audio across recordings of the same scene, estimates each file’s position against the earliest-starting video, and presents the result in a multiview check. The workflow accepts MP4, MOV, and WebM files, requires at least two videos, and caps projects at 3GB total. Users can export lightweight TXT timing data or choose ZIP output containing individually rendered MP4 files with black video and silence in empty or deleted sections.
