Whisper Picture presents three concealment modes with different capacity and durability trade-offs. VAULT uses the bottom bits of image pixels and is described as invisible, while ARMORED adds faint texture to survive JPEG recompression and moderate resizing. BEACON handles a shorter public message intended to remain readable after cropping or screenshots. The interface also includes separate secret and decoy-secret fields, each paired with its own password.
