A small ticketing system that turns open requests into an anonymous, visual corkboard everyone in a department can see.

The system separates public workload visibility from private ticket details: the wall exposes category, department, assignee, and waiting time, while subjects, names, descriptions, and attachments remain off the wall. A request can include up to ten photos or PDFs, and the page says browser-side resizing reduces a 12-megapixel image to a few hundred kilobytes. Staff boards include light, steady, busy, and swamped load states for reassignment decisions.
