The app presents itself as a menu bar layer over macOS audio routing rather than a replacement audio engine: select two outputs, start playback, and let it restore the previous route afterward. Its implementation notes name SwiftUI and Core Audio, while the behavior list covers per-device volume and muting, compatible sample-rate selection with a 48 kHz preference, and drift correction for the non-master clock.
