The training sequence uses timed speaking, active reconstruction of another participant’s argument, facilitator review, and recordings for later re-listening. Open groups stop at 13 people, and the introductory course spans seven meetings over eight weeks. A separate company track runs for 13 sessions and can be held in an office or by video, with exercises adjusted to the organization’s existing meeting vocabulary and rituals.
