Field notes

Records are built through a compact form that accepts an observation name, optional image, note, themes, date, manually entered place, and favorite status. The index includes search, theme and date filtering, chronological sorting, collections, and selection controls, while the privacy panel says photos and notes remain in the browser. Backup export and import are exposed in the interface, and the page warns users to export before clearing browser data.
