Soundrise describes a sequence-based morning alarm rather than a conventional wake-up track: users can order genres or select an existing Apple Music playlist, then choose a 15-, 30-, 45-, or 60-minute set length. The page says the alarm uses the iPhone system alarm, works with the app closed and on silent mode, and appears on the lock screen. It also distinguishes owned music from Apple’s catalogue, with the latter requiring an active Apple Music subscription.
