The toolkit separates several stages that are often collapsed into generic claims advice: service-profile discovery, combined-rating calculation, evidence assembly, denial-letter interpretation, and appeal-path selection. Its calculator says it implements the bilateral factor under 38 CFR 4.25/4.26 and can produce a printable report, while the education-benefits search covers all 50 states.
