IdeiaLivre turns argument into a practiced reflex
A Santos school runs small, structured workshops in debate, rebuttal, and workplace disagreement.
Field notes
The training is organized around repeated, short speaking turns rather than long speeches: an opening contribution lasts three minutes, a response lasts two, and participants must first reproduce the other speaker’s argument. The entry course runs for five weeks with weekly meetings, printed structure sheets, and audio files of each student’s interventions. The business track shifts the setting to organizational meetings, using the company’s existing vocabulary and observing two meetings before or during the 13-session program.
