Karamelo Emu, a Windows-Native Retro Emulator
An open-source GNU GPL-3.0 emulator for Windows x64, combining Libretro engines, CRT shaders, two-player TCP/IP netplay, and native ports of selected games.
Field notes
Karamelo Emu uses SDL3 as its base layer and presents Libretro components as emulation engines inside a fast-navigation menu inspired by MiSTer FPGA. The page lists support for 35 systems, 40 engines, 10 real-time CRT shaders, and two-player TCP/IP netplay. A separate Ports & Recomp area distinguishes 39 stated native ports or recompilations from ordinary emulation, including a Castlevania: Symphony of the Night project with co-op.
